Inspiration

Orange Fennel Mustarda

The Mustarda has lively notes of citrus with a good amount tartness

Enjoy all the orange-y, fennel-y goodness.

Goes well with:

Manchego, Sharp Cheddar, Brie D'Affinois and any type of Salumi (not to be confused with Salami)

Wine Pairing Notes:

From our friends at Unfussy Wine

We would pair with a light and crisp Pinot Gris with a good amount citrus and flinty notes to compliment the flavours. Alternatively, we thought a good quality Chardonnay with a little oak would help soften the tartness and add a richness to the flavours. Buttery but not TOO buttery. The same goes for the Verdejo. These wines will definitely go with the accompaniments listed.

Pinot Gris:

Sandhill Pinot Gris

The Ned Pinot Gris

Pfaff Pinot Gris/Blanc

Fielding Pinot Gris

Kim Crawford Pinot Gris

Chardonnay (w/ Oak):

Toasted Head Chardonnay

Latour Chardonnay Bourgogne

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay

Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay

La Crema Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

See Ya Later Ranch Chardonnay

Verdejo:

Menade Rueda Verdejo
